A signed rental agreement is required and will be sent to you once your rental dates are confirmed. We do not hold a deposit, however, a valid credit card is required for payment and the information is kept on file in case of incurred fees or charges. Your information is never shared and is deleted once your rental is returned on time and in good condition.
Each dress includes up to 5 days of rental time to account for shipping delays and extra shoot days. If your chosen rental is sheer or low cut, two sets of nipple covers; one for light skin tones and one for dark tones will be included. Two custom dress clips will also be included in your package to clamp back a loose fit while still protecting the delicate fabrics.
We will ship your RENTED DRESS to you via USPS 2-day priority mail. Signature confirmation is required upon delivery. On the last day of your rental, you are responsible to ship your rental and all accessories back to the supplied return address: USPS 2-day priority mail, delivery signature, and a value of $200. An email with detailed instructions will be sent to you ahead of time.
As with any rental, some dirt and wear can be expected. And we know that sometimes things happen on shoot day. Please save any buttons, embellishments, or fabrics/tulle that may. become loose or broken during your use. Included them in your dress return and we will try to reuse the items the best we can. Any excessive damage or dirt will be charged the cost of cleaning or repairs. DO NOT repair or alter anything yourself.
If your desired dress is already reserved for your requested rental date, we will try our best to tell you any other dates, or similar available dress styles that might work for you.
